| Mimi works only with buyers and is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). She also holds the CRS and GRI designations. She is knowledgeable and expert on neighborhoods and values throughout the Eastside, Seattle and Snohomish County.
Mimi is serving a second term as a Director of the Seattle-King County Association of Realtors. She is also serving a second two year term as Vice President of Business Practices and Standards. She has served on the Grievance Committee (ethics) for over a decade.
Mimi has been a full time Realtor since 1988 and has been with RE/MAX since 1989. Prior to this Mimi was an OB/GYN nurse, nursing supervisor and instructor, expert witness, and consultant to industry.
John holds the CRS and GRI designations and has been a full time Realtor with RE/MAX since 1990. He is respected as a technology leader and marketer. His career before real estate included service as a naval officer in Vietnam and over 20 years in medical sales and marketing, most recently in the diagnostic ultrasound industry. |

Only 5% of Realtors have earned the CRS designation. Designees not only have to demonstrate high levels of production but also must complete a required curriculum of advanced classes. It is a nationally recognized symbol of real estate expertise, achievement and commitment. |

About the ABR designation. |
This is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation services. Earning the designation involves completion of four modules of training and passing a written examination on the legal and practical aspects of agency representation. Finally, each candidate must submit proof of experience as a buyer representative. |
